This week on Wednesday the 30th we’re out and about in York city centre taking photos as we go along. Let’s hope it’s warmer than the last time we did this back in March! We’ll meet at the Cross Keys on Goodramgate from 7pm and the head off about 7.30. The best car park is Monk Bar car park, St John’s Street, York, YO31 7QR.
Bring a tripod if you have one, a torch for seeing settings in the dark and charged batteries! Oxfam have a few second hand tripods available. If they don’t have any out then ask as there are more upstairs.
Coming up on Saturday 2 June we’re having a photo safari at Spark:York on Piccadilly and then the following week, on Wednesday 6 June, we’re back at the studio for some tabletop photography. No particular theme this time, but feel free to suggest one.
For those of you who haven’t been in a while, or are nervous about coming for the first time, we’re having loads of fun at the events. It’s just as much about the community (if not more so) than the particular activity, so it would be great to see you.
Hopefully see you Wednesday or at one of the events in the near future 🙂
